Terms and Conditions

1. A fully refundable security deposit is applied to all reservations. This deposit is claimable by us should any damages or loss occur during guest reservations. 2. Any tampering of security devices such as smoke detectors, security cameras etc will incur a $50 claim on the security deposit. Smoking within any of our properties will incur a $100 claim on the security deposit. 3. For insurance purposes, only those people identified on guest reservations are permitted on the property. 4. In consideration of our neighbors, Quiet time is strictly 10pm to 8am. 5. No events/parties/gatherings are permitted in any of our properties, any breach of this rule may result in the immediate non refundable termination of a reservation.6. Generally, all reservations are non refundable except in exceptional circumstances and at our discression.
